Appointment of Mrs. Kinjal Sunny Hiranandani as a Compliance Officer under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nThe Meeting commenced at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 01:00 p.m.
